Foremost an innovative and imaginative individual with vast experience in marketing and brand strategy. Alex’s experience and sense of aesthetics have been invaluable in creating, developing and implementing our marketing strategy.
Alex has been developing and running campaigns since he was 12. His enthusiasm for the not-for-profit sector and his well-rounded business knowledge has added value to many enterprises.
After hours, when he’s not designing or planning, Alex interests include – sustainable living, music and creative challenges.
Asia Chetouani: Safeguarding Development Director

An original founding member of Voluntary Action Harrow, Asia holds numerous responsibilities including, training co-ordination and processing Disclosure & Barring Service applications.
As a former member of the local safeguarding board, she is responsible for managing and delivering safeguarding training to Voluntary, Community and Faith sector groups.
Out of the office, Asia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Newest to our co-operative team, Diana keeps our accounts in check and helps process Disclosure & Barring Service applications.
When she’s not working, Diana could probably be found swimming in any body of water available.

Rachel has extensive experience in project coordination and a strong background in developing effective systems and structures within the voluntary and public sector. She’s responsible for quality systems, finance, running our Disclosure & Barring Service and operational business development.
She is a trustee of a small UK based charity which runs a volunteer-led activity programme in a psychiatric hospital in Romania.

With over 36 years’ experience within the voluntary sector, Sue’s previous and current roles & responsibilities make her a fountain of knowledge (which she is only too pleased to share).
During 2006 -2010 Sue owned and ran her own nursery but decided to relinquish that role to concentrate on supporting Harrow’s childcare and education services, becoming Chair of the Preschool Learning Alliance Harrow sub-committee.
There’s no place like home; born and educated in Harrow, Sue has resided in Harrow all her life.
